My great, great grandfather, Peter Bramwell, was the third child & second son of Joseph Bramwell & Betty Hibbert

On July 13th 1873 Peter Bramwell married Susannah Crossland at the Parish Church, Chapel-en-le-Frith. Susannah, born 16 Sep 1847 & baptised 26 Oct 1847, was the daughter of Henry Crossland & Margaret Hibbert.

In 1915 Peter & Susannah receive news that their beloved son Tom, is killed in action in Kemmel Belgium in WW1.

Then tragedy strikes again the following year when Tom's older brother William dies.
